The Meeting Place was created for women who believe liberation work is spiritual work, who are willing to hold uncertainty as a spiritual practice, and who know leadership asks more of us than strategy alone.

We believe leadership is shaped by our bodies, our relationships, our stories, our understanding of power, and the ways we choose to show up in the world.

Inspired by the many faces of the Black Madonna, we call this practice Black Madonna Integrated Leadership.

Not because it's another methodology to master, but because it continually invites us back into relationship—with ourselves, with one another, with history, with the body, and with the kind of world we're trying to create.
